**Job Description Summary**: The Global Supply Chain Development Leader is central to the overall supply chain product strategy. In this role, the leader will manage the cross functional efforts required to strategically establish, develop, and optimize how and where we manufacture and source our BWRX-300 (small modular reactor) and the balance of plant to ensure the best quality for our customers and competitive costs for our business. Success in this role depends on the effective partnership and collaboration with our product management, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and service teams.

Specific efforts include building out first-of-a-kind items and the supply chain to support those items that haven’t been made before, as well as the long-lead components that are complex and have significant constraints. Brokering the deals that will help secure global capacity for our future will be essential to our success. This includes being able to build flexible agreements to leverage partnerships for our various outcomes in the business plan.

Key KPIs for this role include safety, quality, delivery, cash and cost.

**Essential Responsibilities**

As the Global Supply Chain Development Leader for the BRWX-300, you will:

- Lead and collaborate across multiple organizations to industrialize the BWRX-300 on-time and meet quality standards while achieving cost targets for both equipment and service programs.
- Partner with engineering to ensure technology readiness of the supply chain for the BWRX-300 including full understanding of the impact of cost and technology curves to ensure accurate delivery.
- In line with business objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost, lead a supply chain wide process to build strategic visions for the optimal product strategy and support building out a long-range plan and roadmap for that vision.
- Work collaboratively with team members, and leaders in Product Management, Sourcing, Value Streams, and Engineering to pull together cross-functional evaluations and production solutions.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Materials and Manufacturing leaders to effectively evaluate product and component make-buy-move decisions, plant and equipment investments.
- Continuously optimize analytical models to ensure strong governance, best decision making and better outcomes.
- Manage decision tollgate process and successful decision and project execution of work transfers or other critical initiatives related to optimizing the footprint and product/component placement.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in leading supply chain, engineering or product management teams

- Willingness to travel up to 30%-50

- Able to leverage lean thinking, culture and tools into strategy development and problem solving
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude to understand and articulate complicated tradeoffs
- Ability to articulate ideas effectively and concisely, both written and verbal, to team members, senior management, and customers
- Skilled communicator capable of listening to multiple perspectives and incorporating into a balanced approach that optimizes the outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute supply chain long term projects and strategies including understanding of demand planning, transfer dynamics and allocations/cut-ins
