**About Loyalty Sense**

**Core Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Under limited supervision, perform technical work involved with installation, configuration, support and maintenance of the Point of Sales (POS) software and systems and related devices for our Clients.
- Maintain and support all computers (servers, desktops, cash registers and laptops), databases, networked and standalone printers, label printers, scanning equipment and all other IT equipment.
- Efficiently troubleshoot problems related to various electronic equipment. Test and repair cables and associated equipment.
- Assist with installation of Merchant Menu TVs, Security Cameras, Cabling, Connectivity and Configuration.
- Analyze problems and make recommendations as to the root causes and corrective actions and ensures that the customers are satisfied with the issue resolution.
- Support, train, set up, and troubleshoot company-wide users. Prepare various reports; perform special projects.
- Able to keep tools, equipment, materials, the vehicle and the workplace organized. Works in a systematic and efficient manner.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- University/College diploma in electronics or information technology.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Hardware and Software Installation/Configuration/Support
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
- Knowledge of computers, general networking concepts, internet usage, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and to handle calmly and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written/spoken).
- **Mandatory availability to work a rotating schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.**:

- **A valid Alberta driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required.**
