**Job Title**: Project Manager (Construction Emphasis)
**Reports To**: General Manager | **Other Relationships**: Service & Installation Team/Sales Team
**Job Location**: 3150 Premier Drive, Suite 128, Irving, TX 75063 (50% domestic travel required)

**Primary Purpose**:
**Responsibilities/Job Duties**:
**PLANNING**
- Identifies and understands project goals, objectives, and scope to create a project plan.
- Clearly outline tasks, timelines and resources required.
- Develop contingency plans for any scheduling uncertainties.
**DOCUMENTATION**
- Create Gantt charts using MS Project.
- Record meeting minutes and provide weekly project updates.
- Material tracking reports.
- Consistent usage of MS Project, Work, Excel Outlook and Visio.
**MANAGEMENT**
- Continuously monitor project dependencies and schedules.
- Manage issues that may arise, such as missed deadlines, cost overruns and scope creep.
- Partner with engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, etc.
- Regularly attend project site meetings.
- Oversee change notice processes.
- Ensure installations maintain a level of high-quality work.
- Manage progress billing schedules.
- Continuously create ways to motivate and lead the project teams.
- Measure customer satisfaction rates at the end of each project, capturing customer feedback in order to gain, maintain and improve long-term customer relationships.
**EVALUATING AND REPORTING**
- Track and report project team hours.
- Analyze project profitability.
- Regularly communicate project status to senior management.
- Project invoicing and budgeting by working with the Accounting team and senior management.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a construction environment (5+years).
- Experience with low voltage systems, install (5+years).
- Experience working directly with General Contractors, internal and external clients and vendors.
- PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Technical project manager experience, preferred.
- Skills in business, management, budgeting and analysis.
- Understanding of invoicing and billing for projects.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing projects.
- Must be able to travel within the US (up to 50%).

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
