We are currently looking for an automotive service advisor to join our team with experience in customer service and a basic understanding of automobiles.

The service advisor schedules automotive service and repairs, works with customers and technicians to facilitate service and repairs in a timely and cost effective manner, provides recommendations regarding maintenance and repair and long-term automotive care, explains problems to technicians and explains repairs to customers, orders and receives parts, processes work orders, answers phone and counter inquiries, and builds positive relationships with customers. This is an extremely demanding position constantly balancing the needs of the customer and the technician.

- Strong communication skills, ability to write, spell, listen and speak clearly and effectively

**Salary**: $34,497.36-$45,000.00 per year
