**Service Advisor/Appointment Coordinator - **_The Power to Move You_

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments
- Answer inbound calls
- Perform outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments and inform customers of campaigns and specials
- sell recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers, while providing thorough and expert details and explanations
- advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance, based on manufacturer technical features

**Qualifications**:

- **One (1) year** of experience as a Service Advisor/customer service or call centre experience.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership is considered an asset, not required.
- ability to professionally and proactivelt perform outbound calls to customers
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
- trong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Secondary School Diploma
