**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and customer service will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients while effectively managing their service needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance options available to customers.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage the service appointment schedule to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of services rendered.
- Engage in upselling additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an automotive dealership or repair environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Experience in cash handling and managing transactions accurately.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling products or services related to automotive care.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
