**Position Title**: Manager, Strategic Delivery Coordination

The Manager, Strategic Delivery Coordination, is responsible for coordinating and tracking the corporate strategic action plan execution as well as the adoption of new processes to improve communication with the regions, ACI members, and engage all ACI staff. The manager ensures alignment, clarity, and momentum for key strategic deliverables, while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

In addition, the Manager is also responsible for coordinating internal communications and facilitating deployment and usage of new corporate initiatives, projects and implementation tools including the ongoing adoption, usage and improvement of the CRM tool.

This role bridges strategic planning with tactical execution, ensuring seamless communication across global teams and regions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Supervisory responsibilities**:1 direct report
The manager oversees the work of the CRM Database Specialist for ongoing alignment, staff engagement, support and guidance for all CRM team champions and day to day activities

**I. Major Responsibilities**:

- Track and coordinate strategic initiative execution and delivery of the Action Plan, using comprehensive project management frameworks.
- Work closely with project leads, across all teams and levels to gather updates, identify risks or delays, and propose possible solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve tracking tools and dashboards that monitor progress, flagging issues for escalation when needed. Monitor and report on strategic initiative progress and outcomes.
- Identify and support process improvements that enhance collaboration with ACI regions and external stakeholders to promote alignment in priorities and actions.
- Coordination and tracking adoption of new internal process to improve communications with ACI regions relations relating to ACI World initiatives and interactions with members and support the on-going reporting process.
- Measure and optimize internal, regional, and members communication process effectiveness
- Lead internal ACI communication and interactions with teams and staff on specific projects and tools delivery, monitoring deployment and providing regular staff updates
- Drive the continued adoption and improvement of ACI’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), in collaboration with key internal teams and oversight committees.

**II. Qualification and Skills**
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- Effective capabilities in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and process improvement.
- Cross-cultural competency
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences, from entry level colleagues to senior leadership.
- Change management expertise
- Project management approach, skills, and way of thinking
- Strong teamwork skills, but with ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of the aviation industry would be an advantage.

**III. Requirements**:

- Project management certification / equivalent experience and knowledge of project management essentials (planning, tracking, reporting.)
- Minimum 4 years of strategic coordination experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or people management
- Proven track record in CRM involvement: implementation, usage, and/or management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data visualization and reporting expertise
- Project management software proficiency
- Digital collaboration tools expertise
- Experience working or dealing with international organizations would be an asset
