**Oak Tree Therapy**
Oak Tree Therapy is a growing psychotherapy practice that provides services in and around the Winnipeg area to adults, youth, children and families. Oak Tree therapists use wholistic, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed approaches when walking with clients along their healing journeys.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Performs clerical functions such as filing, and data entry
- Processing payments
- Orders and replenishes office, coffee, water, and toner supplies
- Acts as a liaison for maintenance issues
- Promptly answer telephone in a warm and inviting manner
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 education
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Previous experience in a psychotherapeutic environment considered an asset
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic data base
- Bright, professional and courteous with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of details and tasks quickly and effectively
- Good judgement/common sense in maintaining confidentiality of clients, along with strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive software, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and word
- Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Persons Sector (under three months old)
- Child abuse and Adult abuse registry check (under three months old)
