We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator for any of our offices located in Sudbury/ North Bay.
As the Technical Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Technical Services Team, responsible for, but not limited to, providing high

**Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following**:
- Support the OAHS mission and vision and make significant contributions to the achievement of the corporate strategic plan;
- Complete Building Condition Assessments in field on a weekly basis to obtain foundational data for Capital planning and energy initiatives.
- Provide energy and technical support to our development, maintenance, property management staff and OAHS tenants.
- Review proposed capital projects to validate OAHS procurement process, prioritize repairs and identify potential energy saving measures.
- Research and conduct utility reviews to identify concerns or trends to document potential areas of improvement for Energy conservation.
- Work closely with members of all OAHS departments to support projects and programs delivered in your area.
- Identify opportunities for sustainability and environmental improvements in the capital repair program
- Conduct quality assurance inspections related to OAHS Procurement to ensure staff and external vendors are complying with OAHS standard operating policies and procedures.
- Inform and educate tenants on energy saving measures.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of facility capital and energy improvement projects in your area.
- Assist with planning and implementation of annual maintenance on facilities in your area.
- Other duties as required.
**Knowledge of and an appreciation for Indigenous cultures**
**Applicable degree or post-secondary diploma and/or at least 3- 5 years in related experience in facilities, building services, energy conservation or property management.**
**Experience completing Building Condition Assessments and/or Energy Audits on residential and commercial buildings.**
**Knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Tracking Software and/or specific experience with Business Management Systems**
**Demonstrated ability to work independently within a highly motivated, professional and results-oriented team;**
**Sound knowledge of lighting, heating, cooling, HVAC, building automation systems;**
**Experience managing construction projects and managing various trades at one time.**
**Experience with the Landlord and Tenant Board, social services, and other service sectors would be an asset**
**Conditions of employment**:
- Ability to travel as required;
- Ability to work in the field 4 days a week;
- Ability to work varying hours/days, if required;
- Valid CPIC clearance (Criminal Records check);
- References;
- Current, valid Ontario Driver’s License and safe driving record.

Pay: $54,800.00-$64,400.00 per year
