One Source Home Services, a leading, Home Building, HVAC and plumbing company, is seeking a dedicated **Service Technician and Administrator** individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our company takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, and the customer service team plays a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hands-on services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, eavestrough cleaning, and deck staining/restoration for a client base of over 250 recurring customers.
- Participate in technical training for HVAC systems, job costing, and estimation processes to improve technical knowledge and service quality.
- Identify and address client issues by providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to job costing and estimates, actively learning and refining skills in this area.
- Prepare accurate job quotes and ensure efficient execution of projects to meet customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate technician schedules, manage project logistics, and maintain effective communication between team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate records for invoicing, project tracking, and follow-ups to enhance customer retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hands-on service roles and/or technical support, preferably in service-based industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance fieldwork and essential administrative tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and job costing, with a willingness to undergo technical training.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and administrative software; experience with accounting and inventory management is an asset.
- Ability to perform hands-on technical tasks while ensuring efficient communication with clients.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with technicians, customers, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
