**Duties**
- Bookkeeping, payroll processing, Excel and QuickBooks and Sage management to ensure accurate financial records
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document organization for easy retrieval
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and office supply procurement
- Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Support event planning and coordinate meetings or training sessions
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and general office software
- Extensive office experience including clerical and administrative functions
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in budgeting and financial oversight
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment through effective human resources practices

This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our office operations efficiently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
