**The Nest is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team in Penticton, BC.**

**Bartender Position Summary**:
The Bartender will prepare alcoholic beverages for guests in a fast-casual environment.

**Essential Duties**:

- Prepares alcoholic beverages for guests in a fast-casual environment.
- Fills out guest orders in a fast-casual environment.
- Fills out bar inventory and inventory control systems.
- Assists with the operation of the bar and serves drinks, food, and appetizers to guests.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, including the floor, bar, and walls.
- Restocks inventory, including the refrigeration unit, when needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas, including the floor, walls, tables, and equipment.
- Prepares food and beverages according to recipes and company standards.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 21 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs of the team.
- Ability to contribute to team-oriented activities and participate in regular staff training activities.

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
