**Job duties/Responsibilities**

  • Detailed job vacuuming all floors, carpeted areas, rugs and couches.
  • Dusting high surfaces.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
  • Kitchen cleaning.
  • Diligent job mopping floors.
  • Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces leaving no streaks behind.
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
  • Washing and dusting blinds.
  • Wiping baseboards.
  • Spot wash walls, doors, and railings.
  • Elevator cleaning
  • Stairway and Hall Maintenance

**Skills and Qualifications**

  • Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques.
  • Takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with mínimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be physically capable of performing 5 to 8 hours of physical work each day.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be legal to work in Canada.
