**Number of Position(s)**: 1

**About the Position**:
The Curriculum Reviewer is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations for the IETW program curriculum based on the objectives and outcomes. This position also assists with the development and revision of curriculum in utilizing various modes of delivery, including online, blended and in-person models.

**Reports to**: Program Manager

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reviews the curriculum/activities created by the curriculum developer
- Assists with the planning, development, implementation, and revision processes of the curriculum
- Identifies resources required to develop and deliver the employment-language training program
- Evaluates prototypes and/or manuscripts for sample lessons
- Reviews materials for adherence to program standards
- Reviews assessments for variety, depth, and quality of questions
- Works with the instructor and the curriculum developer in creating lesson plans and materials
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Education or language training
- TESL Canada recognized _TESL/TESOL_ certificate
- Stage 3 _Learnit2teacch_ Certificate preferred
- Experience in the design of adult education English language curriculum, learning outcomes and _PBLA_
- Experience in online curricula or course design and implementation
- Knowledge of current language training models, trends, challenges, and opportunities

**Job Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to synthesize information
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and interactive Internet usage(including communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and GotoMeeting)
- Ability to create and upload assessments and contents on Moodle

**Other Requirements**:

- Criminal Record Check Required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to work virtually or remotely as required
