Marketing Assistant

Cole Media is a premium branding and marketing company located in Ottawa. We're seeking an experienced individual who understands all marketing principles but has a specific focus on, Social Media, Google PPC, and E-mail Campaigns.

**Only experienced applicants will move to the next hiring stage.**
- 5+ years of Content Writing
- 5+ years of General Marketing Experience
- 5+ years of creating and managing Google, and Social Campaigns,
- 5+ years of creating and managing E-mail Campaigns

Must be able to:

- Communicate, and Write English at a high level.
- Prepare drafts for clients
- Manage internal and external accounts

Skills & Experience:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Proven ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex issues.
- **Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.**:

- Effective team leader.
- **Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks.**:

- The proven ability to effectively manage and inspire staff.
- **Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- **Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Zoho E-mail Campaign, Trello and other productivity software.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
