We are currently looking for a **Regional General Manager for our Vancouver location**. As the Regional GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver Office and warehouse as well as managing your sales territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, while also meeting and exceeding our sales targets. You will also work closely with our internal Custom CSR team to create custom orders, develop strategies for increasing sales, and improving customer satisfaction.

Managing the sales territory involves meeting with customers in the office and visiting customers in the greater Vancouver region. It will also require multi-day in-province sales trips to maintain and grow customer relations and demonstrate new product lines.

**The Role**:

- Develop a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the sales territory, office, and warehousing operations.
- Maintain and develop sales in your territory.
- Build relationships with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Answer sales questions, get information for custom orders and pass them on to the custom team for processing
- Understand customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads
- Meet with customers in person for product presentations;
- On customer visits in the greater Vancouver area
- On multi-day in province sales trips
- Exhibiting at tradeshows in and around the province;
- Be a hands-on leader who will step in to help the team when needed;
- Basic IT set up and troubleshoot with the remote IT team;
- Manage schedules to ensure proper staffing levels in all seasons for the Vancouver Office;
- Maintain our Warehouse and logistics operations;
- Operational systems improvements and review;
- Oversee our monthly inventory count;
- Product quality inspections;
- Must be available to work in the office full-time;
- Must have a valid driver's license in BC;
- Must own a vehicle;
- Experience in sales
- Experience in management;
- Must be a hands-on leader
- Great communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
