**Position Overview**
Raven Force Couriers is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Regional Operations Manager - West** to oversee and streamline our operations in the western region. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, building strong partnerships, and driving growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all final mile delivery operations across the western region, ensuring timely and accurate service execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align final mile logistics with company growth objectives.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in final mile delivery processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drivers, and regional teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operations team, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet regional delivery targets.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5 years of experience in final mile delivery operations** is required.
- Proven expertise in optimizing final mile logistics and managing complex delivery networks.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and routing tools is a strong asset.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
