**Position**: Full Time Clerk with Produce Area Responsibilities / Supporting the Produce Manager

**Availability Requirements**: Unrestricted (Days, Evenings and Nights including weekends will be required)

**Responsibilities of the position**:

- Support the Owner in the delivery of consistent and high-quality customer service
- Assist in delegation and prioritize workflow for staff
- Assist the Owner/Associate/Dept. Manager to create, build and maintain displays
- Assist and help to analyze and react to inventory planning while maintaining proper inventory levels and minimize shrink
- Ensure proper product rotation as required
- Ensure pricing integrity by assisting in price changes and scan log procedures
- Assist in planogram execution and implementation
- Work with Department manager on implementing plans for OSAT improvement based on store survey feedback
- Accountability for entire store in the absence of the Owner/Associate Manager
- Other duties as responsibilities as required

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Produce Experience is an asset
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Lift truck license an asset
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and active listening
- Strong knowledge of store systems an asset (BOSS, SAP, POG)
