We are pleased to be posting our next leader position to fill a Branch Manager role in our Nanaimo

**Your success attributes**:
- Offer consistent industry leading customer service that meets the needs of our clients
- Coaching and mentoring will be an important part of this role
- Serving customers with a focus on growing our business is essential
- We are looking for a leader with at least a level 3 license with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- as a broker and/or team lead- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
