Master Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team at our Nanaimo, BC branch. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, manage budgets, maintain administrative management, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.
- Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees.
- Take client orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Plan and participate in annual inventory activities.
- Interview, hire, and oversee training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Create a positive working climate that fosters sales efficiency and professional development of team members.
- Evaluate the needs of the team and make recommendations for necessary actions.
- Stay updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities.
- Develop and maintain good business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve technical problems related to products in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
