**Job Overview**
Part time opportunity (leading into full time position) 3 days a week for a Dental Practice Manager in Coquitlam BC. Amazing growth potential for someone interested in a leadership role. We are seeking a well-organized individual with a strong background in Dental Management. Customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead the team in order to grow the practice is what we are looking for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support team members to maximize efficiency
- New patient on-boarding
- Creating a positive working environment
- Preparing work schedules, managing scheduling changes as required, managing vacation schedules, providing general support as needed across the team
- Effectively manage and coach the dental team ensuring members are engaged and delivering strong results
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and courteously, modelling top customer service
- Manage billing, accounts payable and vendors
- Train new staff
- Organize staff outings and meetings
- Liaison between building management and clinic
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring procedures are put in place and followed, while ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Dental Office Management position
- Supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
- Have dental training and experience, understanding of dental terminology, how insurance companies are billed
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A focus on patient care
- 5-10 years experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
