**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Dentrix or similar dental software.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic medical records efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Stay updated on office policies, procedures, and medical terminology relevant to the dental field.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Epic, or other electronic medical record systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment is essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
