Dental Receptionist
Dr Song Dental Clinic is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team in Coquitlam, BC.

**Job Summary**:
The Dental Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing calls, taking payments, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a Dental Office environment is required.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Process patient information and insurance details with attention to confidentiality.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.
- Provide administrative support, including filing and managing office supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
