We are searching for a passionate and experienced full-time office manager to lead our wonderful team of 20-22 members.

- **WHAT YOU GET TO DO**:_
- General administration and coordination of the office
- Implement practice strategies for seamless patient flow, business growth, and maintaining our excellent reputation
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- recruit and train staff, and manage regular office meetings
- Manage staff schedule
- Address and resolve any escalated patient concerns promptly
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- minimum 2 years of dental office management experience in an assignment office.
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Full understanding of dental office productivity and efficiency.
- Strong self initiation and multitasking skills and liking to work in a fast paste and busy environment
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatments
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Cleardent, and Recall Max software
