**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Broker Load MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions)
- Maintaining Excel Sheets/Database of Clients
- Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/document on web forms.
- Answering Phone Calls of clients & forwarding leads to sales representatives.
- Data Entry
- Calling other agents for showing feedback
- Call Our Existing Database of Clients for Potential Leads, event invitations & so on
- Other Duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with MLS system, Web forms, Real Estate Paperwork, Marketing & Social Media is an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Background in accounting is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
