**The Job overview** Maintenance Duties and responsibilities will include: - Minor repairs inside and outside of the restaurants. - Routine maintenance and repairs on building, furniture, fixtures and facility - Screwing in fixtures, replacing items on the wall, - Replacing lightbulbs, tiles and piping as needed. - Basic equipment PM - Minor plumbing (faucet repair, declogging) Part-time 16-20 hours per week.
