**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and industrial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Heavy lifting of supplies or equipment may be required during cleaning operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered

**Experience**
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and sustain physical activity during shifts
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting maintenance needs
