Mosaic is growing and we’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.

With an expanding portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties throughout the Lower Mainland, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance that helps keep our facilities in top condition for our tenants.

In this role you will complete proactive and reactive maintenance as needed, such as lightbulb changes, painting / drywall repairs, small appliance troubleshooting/repairs, and plumbing/electrical troubleshooting/repairs. You will also help us maintain our sites to the highest standards of presentation with grounds keeping, power washing, window cleaning, and minor landscaping work.

Who You Are

You have a driver’s license and well-maintained vehicle. You are comfortable driving to sites around the Lower Mainland (a monthly car allowance will be provided). You are able to work a variety of shifts, including some weekend and on-call work.

You have a technical and mechanical mindset and experience troubleshooting and conduct minor repairs and maintenance (painting, plumbing, electrical and small appliances).

You have a professional demeanor and mature mind-set. You are comfortable dealing with people and are equally comfortable working independently, taking pride in your work and processing excellent time management skills.

You have excellent English communication skills. Bonus points if you speak another language. You are comfortable using Outlook, Excel and Word.

Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
