**Job Overview**:
Milestone Technologies is looking for a talented AV Technician to join our skilled Audio Visual team, serving local and global internal users. The AV/VC Ops Technician will be responsible for ensuring that day to day AV Operations are running like clockwork. This role will be responsible for vendor management, resolving hardware/software faults with AV systems, daily sweeps of conference rooms, event support, and special projects.

H**ow You Will Make An Impact**:

- Own day to day operations of AV, including logistic coordination of vendors
- Monitor break/fix requests and ticketing
- Maintain deployment of AV fleet, and own update timetables
- iPads
- Crestron Panels
- AV operated Apple Computers
- Educate end users on AV best practices
- Support live events and incoming event requests
- Serve as an escalation point to helpdesk/IT Technician(s)
- Proactively create and monitor system health dashboards across various AV services
- Work cross functionally with Helpdesk technicians in remote offices to coordinate testing and support of AV systems

**What You Will Need To Succeed**:

- 2+ years working with video conferencing hardware and familiar with standard platforms
- Google Meet, Zoom, BlueJeans, Teams
- 2+ years actively working in an environment where live productions were common
- Working knowledge of: Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides
- Customer service oriented
- Familiar with products from Extron, Crestron, BiAmp, ClearOne, Revolabs, Shure, Google
- Experience using live streaming video platforms such as Ustream
- Understanding of audio/video wiring, including cable limitations
- Computer troubleshooting experience
- A love of problem-solving and creating awesome, elegant solutions
