**Trusted Expert**

This position reports to the Store Management Team for the successful delivery of the
role.

**Position Summary**:
The Trusted Expert is an essential position in teaching and engaging customer with their passion and expertise for wine to maximize sales and customer relations.

**Essential Functions**:
Providing excellent customer service and assist customers with complaints to find a satisfactory resolution.

Passionate about your category and always working on expanding your own personal development.

Curating your customer following and updating them on new exciting products in your category.

Able to speak, teach and engage a group up to 120 participants in events and classes.

Good understanding of POS system and able to jump in and assist as needed.

Training and mentoring all staff in your expertise.

Participate in the preparation and execution of all inventories.

Able to assist in other categories outside expertise.

Other duties as required.

Working knowledge and understanding of POS

Strong Category Knowledge

Proven leader and mentor

Strong Public Speaker

MS Excel, MS Word considered and asset

Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

Effective organizational and interpersonal
skills

Strong attention to detail and
follow-through skills

Must have the ability to work independently
and as a team.

Flexible must be able available evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

- Calgary, AB T2J 6Z8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
