**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Generate leads and close new business for concrete work (e.g., foundations, slabs, site work).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GCs, developers, and civil engineers.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Identify bidding opportunities and collaborate with estimators on proposals.
- Track sales activity and update CRM systems.
- Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and networking events in the construction sector.
- Keep up-to-date on local construction projects and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales within the construction or concrete industry.
- Understanding of construction drawings and estimating basics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
