Revenue Control Supervisor

**Short Summary**:
The Revenue Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily cash operations of the CN Tower, which primarily includes:
Providing daily cash management support to all departments;
- Demonstrating a full knowledge of all acceptable forms of payment (cash, cash equivalents, Accounts Receivables, etc.);
- Supervising daily revenue collection associated with point-of-sale (“POS”) system transactions (cash and cash equivalents) from all operating areas of the business;
- Supervising daily distribution and related inventory of cash and cash equivalents (gift cards, CityPASS, preprinted admission tickets, etc.) required to facilitate daily sales transactions for all areas of the business including daily audits and reconciliations of above inventories;
- Perform collections and audits of revenue-generating machines including, but not limited to, change machines, and coin press;
- Managing inventory of payment processors ensuring terminals are compliant and functional for daily usage; and
- Reviewing and minimizing fraudulent online orders daily.
- Ensure the Revenue Control office is always secured and manage all transactions within the office
- Allocate, distribute and secure floats on daily basis for all cash areas and ensuring their return to the supervisor vault at the end of day
- Review online ticket orders and minimize fraudulent orders
- Distribute and collect cash equivalents (gift cards, wristbands, drink tickets, CityPASS, etc.) to and from Cashiers as needed Cash Handling Fraud Prevention POS Management Payment Management Revenue Control Supervisor
- Manage daily inventories of payment devices throughout the building ensuring devices are functional and properly settled daily
- Determine and provide change and monies for all departments; complete cash skims as needed for cashiers
- Reviews and processes all online Attractions returns
- Verify accuracy of cashier remittances with stated cash totals (Canadian and American), and Accounts Receivables (“A/R”) totals (debit cards, credit cards, Corporate cheques, traveler’s cheques, cheques, vouchers, gift cards and invoices), and issuing Percentage Error Incident Reports (PEIR), as necessary
- Send end-of-night PEIR reports to Revenue Management team and related departmental management teams
- Perform on-the-spot audits for cash disputes to all cash handling departments
- Identify potential counterfeit currency (Canadian and American)
- Ensure the Supervisor float is maintained in balance, requesting change as necessary to resupply with funds, reporting any variances immediately to the Associate Manager, Revenue Control (“Associate Manager”)
- Maintain business continuity plans to ensure all revenues are accepted and collected in a timely manner; deployment of contingencies as needed
- Assist with reconciliation of revenue from special events (i.e. drink ticket sales for large scale events etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Post-Secondary education is required and / or University education is an asset
- At least two (2) years of Cashier experience is required
- Retail loss prevention sales and/or Finance experience is an asset
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Must possess excellent Accounting skills to ensure accuracy
**Working Conditions**:
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, conflicting demands, frequent interruptions, and heavy work loads.- Working in an office environment.- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (including but not limited to cold and hot weather)- Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.- Light to infrequently moderate physical effort. Requires handling of light and moderate weight objects including CN Tower merchandise/inventory, office equipment and other office supplies.**Location**: 117547, 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON
