**Summary**

Coquette is looking for a Junior support specialist to join our IT team. This entry level position will handle tier 1 calls, assisting with software and hardware problems for company personnel, ticketing the problem and elevating it if needed. They will be expected to support, maintain and upgrade head office and store location hardware and software both on-site and remotely by phone or remote desktop. Excellent problem solving skills are required as well as the ability to notate issues and detail resolution steps clearly. While not rendering support, duties will cover a broad range of IT tasks such as purchasing and auditing IT assets, expanding the internal knowledge base, proactively running routine checks on systems, auditing, updating and backing up system data, etc. This role will be expected to provide after hours support on rotation after 7-12 months.

**Job Duties**
- Provide frontline troubleshooting support to head office and stores. This includes identifying trends and recommending fixes to reduce future support enquires.
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software in person, remotely and over the phone.
- Proactively monitor assets with remote tools.
- Drive to store locations to assist in resolving issues or upkeep existing IT assets.
- Liaise with third parties (I.E. ISP) to resolve support issues.
- Create and update instructional documents that cover recurring issues.
- Track and document IT assets.
- Support the operation and upkeep of multiple ERP, CRMs and websites. (SAP, Shopify, etc.)
- Operate, maintain and upgrade CCTV.

**Requirements**:

- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong Communication skills. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to walk others through identifying the root cause of problems and testing solutions over the phone.
- A background in programming is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
