En tant que membre clé de l’équipe rapportant à la direction, vous plongerez dans le monde dynamique de l'immobilier résidentiel avec le Mellor Group. Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené à:

- Gérer les commissions, les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs, la paie, les assurances de groupe et les remises de la TPS/TVQ en utilisant des logiciels spécifiques à notre secteur.
- Fournir à la direction des états de résultats et des rapports de flux de trésorerie pour soutenir des décisions financières éclairées.
- Collaborer avec des auditeurs externes et des banquiers, préparer les virements électroniques et gérer les rapprochements bancaires.
- Travailler avec une équipe de professionnels dévoués.

As a key player reporting to senior management, you'll dive into the dynamic world of the Residential Real Estate Industry with the Mellor Group. We're an established firm embarking on an ambitious expansion journey, and we’re looking for someone eager to learn all aspects of our accounting operations.

In this role, you will:

- Manage Commission Compensation, Payables & Receivables, Payroll, Group Insurance, and GST/QST remittances using industry-specific software.
- Provide management with P&L statements and cash flow reports to support sound financial decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and bankers, prepare EFTs, and handle bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals.
