We are looking for an **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our dynamic Finance team and contribute to our continued growth.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and efficiently each day.
- Make and manage daily deposits, including online check deposits.
- Promptly record all customer payments in our ERP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in other tasks and projects as required by the Finance department. finances.

**Required profile**:

- Bilingualism (French and English): Excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a role related to customer accounts.
- Education: A degree in accounting or administration is an asset.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolve in a changing environment.
- Personal qualities: Autonomy, discretion, attention to detail and team spirit.
- Problem solving: Analytical mind focused on solving issues and improving processes.
