We are seeking a professional and experienced server to join our team at Nobu Hotel Toronto. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds their expectations. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings, and answer any questions guests may have.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, using proper serving techniques and etiquette.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure smooth service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and adherence to health code regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, and cash handling.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Previous experience as a fine dining server or in a similar role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food, and wine.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
