What We're Looking For:
Proven Fine Dining Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining establishment is required. Steakhouse experience is a significant asset.

Impeccable Service Standards: You possess a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and elevated food presentation.

Extensive Menu Knowledge: The ability to confidently describe menu items, recommend pairings, and answer guest inquiries with precision and enthusiasm.

Professional Demeanor: You are polished, articulate, and maintain a calm and composed presence even during peak hours.

Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to support your colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.

Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.

Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about ingredients and preparation.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system.

Serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency, adhering to all service standards.

Maintain a pristine dining area, ensuring tables are set correctly and cleared promptly.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
