**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Rich TMNA demand & supply communication on ordering timelines, configuration changes, management of start of model year production, etas, shipments, mix, SE, production cuts/replacement vehicles/handling of sold orders, and general inquiries
- Configuration specialist - manage configuration and spec complexity with Product Planning and Sales Division outside of planning guides.
- Participation in cross-functional “Launch Committees” for new or refreshed models with a focus on ordering/allocation strategy to meet corporate goals for the new model
- Repossession requests, manual wholesale requests from Zones/Logistics
- Special handling of hybrid distribution with different battery types for different regions
- Supports the 3-year outlook on Nenkei production request
- Assistance in preparation of necessary files and complete tasks required to fulfill monthly production ordering and allocation cycle
- Supplementary inventory and bank monthly process
- Conduct a range of studies and analysis to support production planning processes.
- Maintain and distribute various Daily/Monthly reports with a focus on efficient inventory management. Serve as expert for key inventory management sales and inventory visualization and ordering tools.
- Assistance in sold order input into FOT master file (monthly) & trade in APP
- S4/IBP/BI: Sold order exclusion table checks and updates. Maintenance of PASS calendar in S4. BI reports support. Handling of mis-builds and mis-label support.
- PDCA/Kaizen of ordering and/or allocation process/templates between monthly rounds
- Other duties as requested or required

**What You Bring**:

- College/University degree/diploma in business, automotive marketing, or similar discipline.
- Preferably three years’ related experience in Automotive Sales / Inventory / Marketing or similar discipline.
- Knowledge of vehicle ordering and distribution.
- Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to initiate & improve processes to increase efficiencies.
