Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management Specialist

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process customer orders efficiently from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing team, warehouse staff, and logistics providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Manage inventory transfer and replenishment, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and tracking of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and order details.
- Resolve any order discrepancies and manage returns.
- Generate inventory and order reports for management review.**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
Rate: $17.2
hours: 20-35 per week
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
