Part of the Honson Pharmatech Group founded in 1995, Nutralab Canada Corp. is uniquely positioned in the health contract manufacturing sector in that it offers a complete one-stop-shop service from raw materials sourcing and product formulations to final packaging.

**SUMMARY**:
As part of the Warehouse Department, this position would be responsible for managing the inventory for our company. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure updated and accurate information is inputted ERP system for quantities and bin locations
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
- Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
- Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
- Perform regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software (Batchmaster ERP)
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
- Good analytical and logístical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
