**What You’ll Do**

As **Project Coordinator / Account Coordinator**, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and internal teams, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded. You’ll keep builders happy, sales moving, and schedules humming.
- **Client Coordination**_
- Be the main contact for assigned builder and contractor accounts.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication.
- Offer guidance, updates, and fast, effective resolutions to any issues.
- **Project Execution**_
- Read and interpret blueprints; provide accurate quotes and estimations.
- Review custom designs for feasibility with the account manager.
- Submit complete work orders with all necessary details, including design specifications, to coordinate efficient production and on-time delivery.
- Provide showroom walkthroughs for builders and clients when needed.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in project coordination, construction, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for relationship-building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with technology—especially CRMs and quoting systems.

**Education**

We value **experience just as much as education**. A bachelor’s degree with a specialization in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you bring relevant experience and a great attitude.

**Position Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Location**: On-site at our Edmonton office, with site visits as needed
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
