- Frontier Construction Products Ltd. is an Alberta-based culvert manufacturer and distributor of related construction products supplying to western Canadian road building and civil construction projects. We specialize in steel culverts, with years of experience in the drainage and fabrication industries. We also carry geotêxtiles, erosion control, guardrail, and ancillary products needed for construction work sites. We’ve built our reputation on our reliability and incredible customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, **Inside Sales Representative** for our Thorsby Office who will be responsible for dealing with customer requests, providing quotations, and securing additional business by identifying sales opportunities through tenders and pricing requests. You will obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of order information and initiate and/or implement action as needed to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Take customer calls and identify needs.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to identify all pertinent information to be compiled into a detailed quotation.
- Deal with suppliers for pricing and supply of accessories required to meet the customer’s needs.
- Perform phone call follow-ups with customers to gather market information.
- Follow up with customers after an order is received to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Build connections with Frontier Construction Products customers and foster and maintain those relationships.
- Review tender documents to ensure an understanding of the terms and conditions.
- Check for posted opportunities on a daily basis.
- Provide professional responses to requests and complete all necessary forms to ensure timelines are met.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Construction or CET;
- Minimum 3 years inside sales experience;
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: specifically Excel and Word;
- Knowledge of drainage and geotêxtiles is preferred;
- Civil or road construction knowledge is an asset.

- Must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision;
- Ability to work well under pressure within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
