These infrastructure networks include hundreds of thousands of miles of pavements, thousands of bridges, and millions of wastewater, storm water, and fresh water distribution pipe assets.
**Position Overview**:
- Plan and execute all Deighton Events, including but not limited to: Deighton User Conference, Peer Exchanges, Webinars, User Groups, Industry Conferences, etc.
- Maintain accurate event budgets and adhere to event-specific timelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Establish thorough understanding of Deighton event landscape and identify potential gaps & opportunities
- Identify, document, and communicate best practices to streamline future events
- Coordinate all event operations and logistics, including but not limited to: internal and external communications, venue preparation (incl. managing external suppliers / contributors), quality control, problem solving, etc.
- Evaluate event success and conduct post-event reporting/debriefs
- Develop global & regional webinar content collaboratively with Business Development based on client feedback
- Curate and maintain a list of preferred vendors based on quality and cost
- Provide support for all external events, including but not limited to: event research and justification, development and ordering of event giveaways/swag, booth and sponsorship logistics, staffing, etc.
- Collaboratively establish event promotion strategy increasing exposure and attendance
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record organizing successful events
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Diploma/Degree in public relations, event management, Project Management, hospitality management, or relevant experience
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
