The Silver Group is a well-established, family-owned and operated company specializing in the ownership and management of residential property rentals across Ontario, the United States, as well as the 3rd-party management of commercial properties.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at our head office on Clyde Avenue. This is a full time position.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Printing and verifying US accounts payable
- Data Entry - Canadian Accounts Payable and US Utilities.
- Weekly Cheque Runs
- Maintaining the Filing system
- Assist with Other projects as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- College Diploma in Accounting or Business
- 1 year experience in a data entry role.
- General knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook.)
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in property management an asset
