We are currently looking for the next **Supply Chain Analyst (Junior)** to join our growing **purchasing** team. Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for receiving material into On Hand by working with key stakeholders to expedite processes within various departments to ensure Customer backorders are allocated in time for shipment and keeping Lead Time as short as possible. The Supply Chain Analyst will review and maintain the item card in order to keep information up to date at all times. Role will also support Supply Chain Coordinators as required in all aspects of Supply Chain.

This is a **full-time permanent **role with a hybrid work model based out of **Mississauga, ON.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing**_
- Review and update vendor confirmations to ensure alignment
- Monitor vendor possible loading dates and ETAs to ensure lead time is attained
- Upload vendor invoices and issue debit memo for pricing discrepancies
- Support Supply Chain Coordinators in placing, expediting and receiving purchase orders and allocating back orders
- Receive material into ERP system and maximize allocation of back orders

- Responsible for item card review and maintenance
- Assist Supply Chain Coordinator in cycle counts and annual inventory as required

- Source and purchase MRO material

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional analytical analysis
- Knowledge of purchasing practices, inventory control and freight management
- Computer proficiency skills, at an intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be an asset
- Able to work under pressure
