OverviewThe Supply Chain Analyst will support key functions across Demand, Production, and Supply Planning. This role is technically demanding, and requires strong analytical skills, cross functional collaboration and effective supply chain reporting. Advanced Excel and familiarity with tools like PowerBI are highly valued. We also welcome early-career candidates who demonstrate strong motivation, adaptability and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage data to support planning processes across demand, production, and supply functionsDevelop and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards to support visibility and inform decision-makingConduct inventory and supply analysis to identify risks, gaps and opportunitiesValidate that supply and replenishment plans align with forecasts and production constraintsCollaborate on cross-functional initiatives including new product launches, SKU transitions, and process improvementsEnsure integrity of ERP data and planning parametersDevelop and maintain regular reporting deliverables including S&OP and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) decks and metricsInventory liability tracking and reportingAssist with continuous improvement of processes and tools across the planning functionProvide coverage and support for team members as neededSkills & ToolsMicrosoft Excel (Advanced: Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Basic Macros)Microsoft PowerPoint (Strong formatting and visual communication skills)PowerBI (Familiarity with navigating, filtering, and interpreting reports)ERP systems (JDE, SAP or equivalent preferred)Writing clear, structured professional emails, including summary bullet pointsStrong analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaborativelyCuriosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learningQualificationsPost-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field1–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or business/data analysisStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team playerKey CompetenciesAnalytical Thinking & Problem SolvingAttention to DetailCommunication & CollaborationPlanning & OrganizationAccountability & DependabilityAdaptability & FlexibilityResults OrientationMulti-taskingCompensation includes a competitive base salary, extended dental and health benefits, paid time off, and RRSP match. #J-18808-Ljbffr
