As we expand our footprint into Montreal, we’re on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing & PR Coordinator who embodies our stylish yet strategic approach to influencer marketing in the fashion e-commerce space.

**The Role**:
As our Influencer Marketing & PR Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Influencer Marketing Manager to identify and establish impactful partnerships with influencers and content creators. Your mission is to connect our fashion clients with the right voices that resonate with their brand and target audience, ensuring every collaboration is not only stylish but also strategically aligned with our clients’ e-commerce goals.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Curate Connections**: Identify and engage with strategic influencers who reflect our clients’ aesthetics and values, crafting authentic partnerships that drive traffic and conversions.
- **Lead Collaborations**: Be the primary point of contact for influencer partnerships, overseeing communication and coordination to ensure that each collaboration meets its objectives and aligns with the desired outcomes.
- **Finalize Deals**: Negotiate collaboration agreements and ensure all details are impeccably managed, focusing on delivering measurable results for our clients.
- **Follow-Up & Analyze**: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers, follow up on deliverables, and create insightful reports that evaluate campaign performance and impact on e-commerce metrics.

**Who You Are**:

- A fashion enthusiast with a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and the commercial aspects of influencer marketing.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, capable of articulating the value and purpose behind each collaboration.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or PR is a plus, particularly within the fashion e-commerce sector.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a strategic mindset to every project, understanding the importance of driving results.
