**The Impact You will Make**:
Fresenius Kabi is a leading pharmaceutical company with a robust portfolio of branded and generic IV drugs, Parenteral Nutrition, IV Solutions and Biosimilar products. The **Project Manager, Product Labeling Life Cycle Management** will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders and simultaneously managing labeling projects, ensuring timely implementation of approved labeling materials changes (inclusive of execution and implantation of 2D data matrix).

The incumbent will also take the lead on keeping internal stakeholders such as supply chain, regulatory, marketing, business development, quality etc on track and manage internal processes to move the product life cycle changes forward. This role requires broad knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Regulatory labeling and Quality processes in the pharmaceutical industry, packaging design management and a commercial sense to lead the projects forward.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate cross-functional team meetings across domestic and international sites as necessary to exchange information, identify risks, chart progress, and promote collaboration
- Define the scope of work for each new project, clearly identify tasks and responsibilities for all project team members and establish target completion dates for key project milestones. Interface with department managers and senior management to facilitate allocation and prioritization of resources necessary to achieve key project milestones within established timelines. Administer the time tracking tool to ensure proper capacity planning and actuals reporting of project resources for assigned projects.
- Lead collaborative meetings and teleconferences between internal Fresenius Kabi personnel and External personnel (e.g. contract manufacturer, packaging teams, label design centers, etc.) to resolve emerging issues and technology transfer.
- Identify and resolve emerging risks, issues that may impact project, department or Canadian goals. Recognize potential threats to project success and elevate issues to upper management when necessary.
- Conduct lessons learned and project close-out sessions to obtain information that can be used to improve future projects.
- Manage project budgets (as and if applicable) and participate in quarterly forecasting and budgeting exercises.

**What You’ll Bring**
- _Knowledge & Experience. _You must have three years of project management experience, along with experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical commercial aspects, regulatory affairs labeling and quality assurance landscapes. You have managed international stakeholders and are comfortable in a cross-functional environment, working and coordinating with various departments. PMP certification is an asset.
- _Communication & Presentation. _You are a skilled leader and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally in collaboration with all level both inside and outside the organization. You have a strong business acumen and are able to manage projects while leading change efforts.
- _Attitude & Passion_. You are self-motivated and able to work productively with mínimal supervision. You have proven your ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain continuous confidentiality.
- _Exceptional organizational and time management skills_. You maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads simultaneously. Your organizational and problem-solving skills are strong while identifying areas for continuous improvement. You have excellent project management and follow up skills and are deadline oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
