**Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a **Labelling Associate **to join our growing Quality team**

**The Impact You will Make**:
The Labelling Analyst is responsible for managing the change activities for all printed packaging components associated with labelling product life cycle management, launches and regulatory submissions. The position also supports fabricator operations by ensuring approved labelling components are submitted to the fabricator’s printer on a timely basis. This position coordinates the efforts of all internal stakeholders involved in the creation, management and control of printed components, specifically; Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality, in order to plan and provide for appropriate capacity management, prioritization of activities, consolidation of activities, correct versions and effectivity date control. The role is also responsible for procuring supplies for the creation of marketing mock samples for contract tenders. In addition, this position serves as a back-up for the preparation of labelling components, including labelling mock-ups.

**What You’ll Bring**
- _Knowledge & Experience._ You possess a college diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and/or microbiology. You have prior experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry. You have significant knowledge of GMP.
- _Technical experience_. You have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign or other graphic design software. Microsoft Project experience is preferred. You have an understanding and knowledge of Canadian Labelling requirements.
- _Communication & Presentation. _You are a skilled leader and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally in collaboration with all level both inside and outside the organization.
- _Attitude & Passion_. You are self-motivated and able to work productively with mínimal supervision. You have proven your ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain continuous confidentiality.
- _Exceptional organizational and time management skills_. You maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads simultaneously. Your organizational and problem-solving skills are strong while identifying areas for continuous improvement. You have excellent project management and follow up skills and are deadline oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
