**The Role**:
The Product Manager is a mission critical position on the StickerYou business team. Reporting to the VP of Product and Analytics, this person will play a key role in defining and driving the product roadmap strategy, managing product pricing, costing and competitive analysis. Our Product Managers is a hub at the center of the organization that works with the product, procurement, sales support and finance teams to ensure optimal execution of product roadmap that reflects a deep understanding of market and customer opportunities and needs. **What You'll Do**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for product revenue plan and a shared accountability for gross margin
- Own product P&L for defined product categories, including costing, material and supplier selection, pricing and promotional strategies
- Lead key product initiatives on the roadmap with Marketing, Sales, Production, Development, and external partners
- Manage product scope, reprioritize product backlog, understand the revenue impact and effort level of different alternatives to make and drive data backed recommendations.
- Conduct analysis on product group margins, create a product plan and track performance against the plan.
- Ensure sales, marketing, and customer care teams clearly understand our products specifications and value propositions by creating training material and communicating with clarity based on your audience.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify existing customer pain points and convert those insights into new products or product improvements
- Conduct market research and lead interactions with customers and other stakeholders to map out emerging customer needs and trends and map out new market and product introductions and existing product hacks.
- Conduct market research to identify and prioritize product opportunities which align with our core strengths - Personalization, Customization, Flexible Online Ordering and Proofing

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for an influencer who can hit the ground running and ideally comes with a track record they can point to of relevant products they’ve helped bring to market. The core skills that will be needed for this role include:

- Product Analytics - creating and analyzing numerical data to properly position, price, and cost products. Good in business math, advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Market Research - both primary and secondary research experience and ability to glean important insights on market, competitors or customers and establish estimated product demand potential.
- Marketing communication - creative content producer for products so that sales, marketing teams and customers will be inspired by the benefits of the product.

We’re looking for someone who will:

- Bring broad business, operations & marketing exposure across industry sectors.
- Think like an entrepreneur and act like a project manager who is excited by using data to generate insights that will shape their own direction and help grow the business
- Be willing to take some (well calculated) risks and learn from mistakes
- Think through problems logically and is good with operational and marketing math to work out probabilities and profits
- Use a positive yet meaningful communication style where the sizzle doesn’t outshine the substance.
- Think with Business in mind (you probably went to Business School but it’s not essential)

**Requirements**:

- University degree, BSC, BA or equivalent
- Strong business acumen (Understand of P&L, revenue planning, gross margin management)
- A problem solver mentality: able to quickly grasp new concepts, terms, products and processes
- Strong communication skills both written and oral to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to different stakeholders
- Excellent collaborator: an enthusiastic team player who can work well with and leads cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and be mindful of deadlines

Nice to have:

- Background in printing industry
- B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Experience with the digital print industry, signage, wearables or packaging industry especially in promotional products
